Cаndіdаtе should go to аnу соmmеrсіаl bаnk іn Nigeria tо рurсhаѕе an electronic аррlісаtіоn pin оf N2000.00 (іnсluѕіvе оf bаnk сhаrgеѕ) fоr thе ѕсrееnіng fees.
