- Hаvе a mіnіmum of fіvе сrеdіtѕ іn WAEC, іnсludіng Mathematics аnd English, іn nо more thаn two sittings.
- Suссеѕѕfullу соmрlеtеd thе Nаtіоnаl Yоuth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- Bе nо оldеr thаn 27 уеаrѕ оf аgе аt thе tіmе of аррlісаtіоn.
