BREAKING: NYSC Begins Payment of 77,000 Allowance

Prospective NYSC Members Got Stranded in C'River | See Why

Campus 360 reports that the he National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has officially commenced payment of the newly approved ₦77,000 monthly allowance to corps members nationwide.

The increment in allowance followed the increment of Minimum wage in the country by the President Bola Tinubu government.

Campus 360 confirms that some members of the National Youth Service Scheme around 1pm on Wednesday began to receive the increased minimum wage of Seventy seven Thousand Naira (N77, 000).

The new director general of the NYSC recently assured that the new corps members allowance would be paid in March.

However, as at the time of this report, not all coprs members has been paid the new allowance as the payment is expected to be gradual.
