The Oyo State Post Primary Schools Teaching Service Commission has announced the conduct of screening exercise, distribution of appointment letters and documentation of newly recruited teachers in the state.
As contained in a press release signed by the permanent secretary of the commission, Mr H A Lawal, the exercise is to hold across the state from Monday 30th December, 2024.
Campus 360 reports that the underlisted have been approved as the requirements for the exercise:
1. Printout of Congratulatory Letter
ii. Birth Certificate / Declaration of Age
iii. Evidence of Local Government of Origin
iv. Original Certificate Credentials
NYSC Certificate / Letter of Exception/Attestation
vi. Change of Name where applicable
v. Evidence of Medical test from Government Approved Hospitals (To be done later)
viii. Two (2) Recent Passport Photograph
Ix. Two (2) Office file with two photocopies of their documents.
The commission noted that only the Commission (Headquarters) has the sole right to post these teachers to zones and there is no room for swapping of zonal postings at the zonal level.
They added that all enquires and clarifications arising from the exercise should be sought from the Headquarters.
