A. ENTRY QUALIFICATION: FOR 200 LEVEL
1. Candidates must have NCE/Diploma/JAMB with overall merit pass or above, provided the candidate also has at least five credits or its equivalent including credit passes in Mathematics and English Language
II. JAMB DE application form is a requirement
iii. Holders of NCE/Diploma will spend four academic years
B. ENTRY QUALIFICATION: FOR 100 LEVEL
1. 5 Contacts Programme – Candidates must obtain five credits passes at GCE/WASC level, SSCE including English Language and Mathematics in not more than two sittings, in addition to acceptable UTME Cut-Off Point
C. PURCHASE OF FORMS
Application forms are sold at the sum of Five Thousand Naira (N5,000.00) per form
ii. All payments are to be made online via http://www.tsuniversity.edu.ng/home/portal/application/register/php

iii. Evidence of payment should be presented at the Sandwich Office, Taraba State University (Main Campus)
