The University of Ibadan recruitment 2023 for academic and non-academic staff of the institution is in progress.

This was contained in the advertisement for the vacant positions signed by the Registrar and Secretary to Council, Olubunmi Faluyi, and published in the Nigerian national newspapers on Thursday, November 23, 2023.

The University of Ibadan called for candidates who are qualified for the various vacant positions to apply. These are divided into academic and non-academic positions.

Method of Application

Interested applicants are expected to submit their applications and their curriculum vitae (20 copies) as well as photocopies of relevant documents to the university’s Deputy Registrar, Human Resource & Development Division (Academic Staff), within six weeks of the publication of the vacancies (Thursday, November 23, 2023).

The curriculum vitae must state the following:

• E-mail Address
• Academic Qualifications
• Previous Work Experience
• Publications (if any)
• Names and Addresses of three (3) Referees

The referees of applicants are to be requested to forward reports on applicants using letter head and confidential cover. This letter must clearly indicate the position and department applied for by the applicants and directed to Deputy Registrar Human Resource and Development Division (Academic Staff).

Apart from the application, Applicants must as well indicate the positions and department applied to on the envelope containing the application.

Departmental seminar presentation on a completed or ongoing project is a requirement before shortlisting off applicants for oral interview.
